About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry’s finest Junior Sommeliers to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end restaurant environment, strong passion and knowledge of wine and beverage and genuine interest for hospitality.


RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Waitstaff
Waitstaff (Fine Dining)

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS


The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Experience in restaurant environment
  • Passion for wine and the industry
  • Basic knowledge in local, national and international wine
  • Exceptional service skills
  • Excellent communication and organisation
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
  • Possess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous
