Waitstaff + Food/Drink Runners for Waterfront Restaurant

Due to our expansion and growth in the business we are seeking to expand our team with experienced hospitality professionals. We are seeking Food/Drink Runners and experienced Restaurant Waitstaff to join our team.

2 Positions Available

Full Time & Casual Options.

ABOUT YOU - FOOD/DRINKS RUNNERS
To be considered for this position, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail in a high pressure fast paced environment.
• Fluent English and well groomed
• RSA Certificate essential.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends. (8 at Trinity is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)
• Must be very well presented and well spoken, reliable and honest.

ABOUT YOU - WAITSTAFF
To be considered for this position, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Relevant diploma or equivalent experience required, with a minimum 2 years’ experience required in a similar position.
• Ability to handle a busy section with multiple sittings per day for section waitstaff.
• Show a continual desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail in a high pressure fast paced environment.
• Wine knowledge preferable but not essential.
• Must be able to carry 3 plates.
• Fluent English and well groomed
• RSA Certificate essential.
• Experience on computerised POS systems.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends. (8 at Trinity is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)
• Must be very well presented and well spoken, reliable and honest.
