We are a premium seafood restaurant with an established client base, which requires premium service.

We’re looking for experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated individual with a desire to work within the industry.

You’ll be dealing with customers face to face so a friendly, warm, and welcoming character is a must!

Waitstaff (Fine Dining)

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

1 years experience as a waiter in a similar environment.
Excellent food and wine knowledge
A strong understanding of run of service in a busy hotel restaurant.
Experience using POS systems
Able to carry 3 plates.
An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts
Experince in table service, bartending and coffee making an advantage.
