A family run business with over 50yrs trading; we are now looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our Front of House team.  

You’ll be dealing with customers face to face so a friendly, warm, and welcoming character is a must!  Role will include greeting & seating guests, general floor service (taking detailed orders as well as delivering meals and cleaning tables), bar & coffee service.

Position includes 15-20hrs per week (aprox 1 lunch + 2-3 nights per week includng Saturday) with increased hours during busy December period.  The applicant must be available, but not limited to Friday & Saturday nights.  Day shifts may also be available to the right candidate 

No Sunday No Public Holidays and 3wk Annual Summer Break

• 2 year minimum experience in a similar role/environment
• Sound food and wine knowledge favourable
• A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant
• Experience using POS systems
• Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
• An excellent communication skills – with customers and fellow staff
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of days and weekend shift
