JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated individuals with a desire to work within the industry.

You’ll be dealing with customers face to face so a friendly, warm, and welcoming character is a must!

of a classic Australian Steakhouse, accompanied with an

extensive list of local; imported wines, premium Korean soju; bespoke cocktails.

KBBQ cuts, exclusive premium wagyu cuts, expect a steakhouse

experience like never before.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Food & Beverage Attendant
Function/Banquet server
Food & Beverage Manager
Food & Beverage Supervisor
Waitstaff
Waitstaff (Fine Dining)
Cafe Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6 months experience as a waiter in a similar environment
  • Excellent food and wine knowledge
  • A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
  • Experience using POS systems
  • Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
  • An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
