Ronnie's Melbourne is looking for experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated individual with a desire to work within the industry. You’ll be dealing with customers face to face so a friendly, warm, and welcoming character is a must!

Your day to day:

Great restaurant memories come from many places. The sights, sounds, scents and, importantly, service. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll welcome our guests, recommend food and drink and help keep service on-track and up to standard.

By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you’ll create memories as delightful as the dishes.

What we need from you:

The ideal candidate will also have exceptional teamwork, superior communication skills, high standard of personal presentation, ongoing commitment to quality to be able to provide a truly unique experience to our guests and have a warm and welcoming smile.

You must have the flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays. You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country and hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.

What we need from you

As the successful applicant you will demonstrate:

• Some experience as a waiter in a similar environment
• Excellent food and wine knowledge
• A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant
• Experience using POS systems
• Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
• An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
