Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

1years experience as a waiter in a similar environment
Excellent food knowledge or willingness to learn
A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
Experience using POS systems
Able to work in a fast environment
An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
