JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated individuals with a desire to work within the industry.

You’ll be dealing with guests face to face so a friendly, warm, and welcoming character is a must!

You must be available to work XMAS EVE and NYE, please do not apply if your unavailable these 2 days. Thank you. 

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Food & Beverage Attendant

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 year minimum experience as a waiter in a similar environment
  • Excellent food and wine knowledge
  • A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
  • Experience using POS systems
  • Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
  • An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
