Very busy little Tropical/tiki themed cocktail bar with high level of customer service and interaction. Our drinks and food are very tasty and fun themed. The Zombie. The Voodoo Volcano etc...

We need someone with authority, commonsense and good social skills.
We have under 50 customers, and a high turnover and the job can be virtually full time if required.
lots of training and familiarization required so I need a decent time commitment if it works out.
