JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for experienced waiters/bartenders who enjoys being part of a fun and enthusiastic team. This person will need to be capable of serving tables and communicating with customers and the team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for the industry and has great wine knowledge. Bartender will also work on the floor. Mix of lunch and dinner shifts but mainly dinner. Must be available for the weekend.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 - 4 years experience in a similar position
  • The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality
  • Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence under pressure
  • A willingness to work with the team as well as unsupervised
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
