REQUIREMENTS

Who we're looking for

Ideally you are an experienced restaurant supervisor, or a skilled section waiter looking to step up to a more senior position. You enjoy interacting with guests and take pride in delivering unforgettable experiences. Career progression is on the table, with the very real possibility of moving to a restaurant manager or assistant manager position within the venue or group.

Qualifications & experience

  • Passionate about our team and their work.
  • Experience with a high-volume kitchen.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to meet venue standards and replicate them within the team. 
  • Looking to further your career and progress within our rapidly growing company.
  • Understanding that the role will require a range of different shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Have a keen eye for detail.
  • Wine knowledge is a plus.
