We’re looking for experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated people to join the team at Rose Bay! We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our guests to create experiences people love! A passion for service and building relationships is a must and will ensure you thrive in the restaurant.
Experience is preferred but not essential, and we will provide training to get you up to speed. More than anything a positive and willing attitude is all you need!
The restaurant offers an a la carte menu and table service on the floor with a relaxed yet sophisticated service style.
The Wait Team are responsible for providing excellent service and ensuring guests have an outstanding dining experience. The role will involve greeting guests with a warm welcome, anticipating the needs of guests, delivering meals and beverages and preparing the bill and taking payment.
