About the Roles

We are on the lookout for casual Waitstaff to join our Rose Bay Restaurant team and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. In this role you will:

• Deliver professional customer service to guests in accordance with the venue and The Boathouse Group standards; 
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other FOH team members;
• Work cohesively, effectively and efficiently in a team, giving and taking direction and feedback as required;
• Ensure the venue and bar is clean, presentable and maintained. Picking up glasses and clearing equipment efficiently.

About You

To be the perfect addition to our team, you will have at least 2 years experience in a similar customer service role within in a busy hospitality environment. You will also:

• Hold a valid RSA;
• Have a confident and can do attitude;
• Be friendly, approachable and genuine;
• Have a passion for hospitality and guest service;
• Be a team player with a collaborative working style;
