About The Mayflower

The Mayflower embodies a new concept of casual dining and we’re excited to be expanding our brand! We're looking for Wait Staff for our brand new all-day dining restaurant The Mayflower in St Leonards. We currently have an award winning cafe in Darlinghurst as well as two further eateries in pre-production.

Wait Staff Position: Our front of house team is pivotal in delivering exceptional experiences and we need hardworking and friendly wait staff to join our team!
Role responsibilities:

• Be proactive in ensuring smooth customer flow and service
• Take orders and communicate effectively with the Kitchen team and Leadership
• Be reliable in showing up for shifts and rotations
• Ability to work under pressure and be a strong team player
• Prioritise customer service and experience above all

Additional role info:
We are looking for a range of Casual, Part-Time and Full-Time Wait staff. Prior experience and tenure will be taken into role consideration when reviewing applicants. Bartending experience a bonus!
