JOB DESCRIPTION

Our mission at Enzo’s Cucina is to provide an affordable, friendly and authentic Italian dining environment where the food is traditional, made with love and served in a caring yet professional manner.

Enzo’s Cucina Camden has a great layout for weddings, birthdays, christenings and is also the perfect venue for a lazy Sunday lunch. Located on a vineyard in Camden, it truely is something special

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Runners & Wait Staff.

As a member of the bar team, you must possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional drinks to the bar and restaurant.

We’re looking for experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated individual with a desire to work within the industry.

You’ll be able to interact confidently with your guests and build lasting relationships.

Both full-time & casual positions available.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

All-rounder

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years experience as a waiter or bartender in a similar environment
  • Excellent food and wine knowledge
  • A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
  • Experience using POS systems
  • Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
  • An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
