Mr. Mista is an Asian inspired, LA influenced lounge bar and kitchen that caters for the high-end patrons who don’t take themselves too seriously and like to have fun! 

We're looking for ONE VERY SPECIAL PERSON to join the experienced Mr Mista family for approximately 15 hours per week as a weekend warrior - Friday and Saturday nights (times may vary to what has been indicated) - for a combination of dinner service followed by late night drink/bottle service. 

To fit the Mr Mista profile, applicants must first and foremost have good, positive energy, personality plus and good chat! We want our guests to remember you just as much as we want them to remember the venue - people are what make hospitality.

You must also have the basics of restaurant and bar service already under your belt i.e.:- 

- worked in a restaurant that offers full table and bar service  

- know how to present and open wine/champagne at a table 

- know the sequence of service 

- be able to carry three plates 

- be able to hustle and cope under pressure of a busy service  

We are happy to provide on the job training to enhance your skills and to fine tune to what we require, however as a busy venue, we require candidates to have had at least 6-12 months restaurant and bar experience. NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE - IF YOU DON'T HAVE EXPERIENCE PLEASE DON'T APPLY

- Well presented and groomed - you must be able to take care of yourself to know how to take care of our guests

- Current QLD RSA qualifications
