Liquid & Larder has been appointed the official food and beverage partner for The EVE Hotel Sydney - the city’s most anticipated new-build boutique hotel opening of the year.
About The Venue:
Located in Sydney’s Redfern, on the fringe of Surry Hills and Redfern’s creative hub, The EVE stands at the heart of Wunderlich Lane, a new lifestyle precinct. The venue boasts a rooftop restaurant and bar, poolside dining, a lobby bar, and in-room dining, all managed exclusively by Liquid & Larder.
Lottie is more than just a place to eat; it’s a rhythm, an energy that evolves throughout the day. From sun-soaked afternoons to sultry evenings, the space will come alive with vibrant ambiance, from chilled house beats to upbeat tunes, setting the tone for sunset margaritas. Whether it’s a leisurely long lunch or winding down as the sun dips in the west, Lottie is the rooftop destination for all-year-round dining.
We are currently assembling a team of passionate Front of House professionals—Restaurant Supervisors, Wait Staff, Runners, and Hosts—who bring energy and engagement to match the vibrant venue and unforgettable dining experience we strive to deliver.
About The Roles:
This rooftop dining experience starts with you, with excellent attention to detail and warm communication, you will provide an experience that is personal, professional and engaging, gaining an understanding of our guests needs and expectations and providing best in class service. Having experience in a busy and energetic venue is preferred.
