Prahran’s own Lucky Coq is looking for a new Venue Manager to take the reins of this iconic venue. To lead a team of young and energetic staff to serve and deliver amazing food and beverage and even better vibes. 

This role is a rare opportunity for a Venue Manager to guide the venue through its next phase of growth.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Venue Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the position you must possess the following;

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • A love of music, food and booze
  • Ability to excel in a high volume, high-pressure environment
  • Possess common sense and a mature attitude
  • Passion for exceptional standards
  • A drive to maintain the venue’s profile through outstanding product development and delivery
  • Have all relevant industry certifications
  • Ability to work autonomously and to budget
  • Ability to lead and motivate your team effectively
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Experience in managing P&L's, Labour, and rosters.
  • Guest Obsession
  • Proud of our product
  • Experience with late-night licensing laws.
  • Experience with council regulations.
  • Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Available to work late nights and weekends.
