In 2014, two fine dining chefs and a maître d opened the doors to Belles Hot Chicken in a cozy Fitzroy diner. Part hot chicken joint, part natural wine bar, part block party, Belles was an industry game-changer and has grown to be the gold standard in not just hot chicken, but our approach to hospitality and good times.
In 2021 under new leadership, we reset Belles vision and strategy to return to our original neighbourhood restaurant roots. Offering up our signature Nashville-inspired comfort food, extensive and fun drinks offer, old-school hospitality and an energetic vibe second to none, Belles is firmly back on the map with venues in Sydney and Melbourne!
We’ve now significantly reset the dial in our existing venues, with customer demand and love at a record high! Knowing our model is fine-tuned and customers can’t get enough Belles, we have just opened a new restaurant at Sydney Circular Quay and have super exciting plans for more new venues and brand extension growth in the short and medium term.
And we’re looking for someone pretty special…
We’re looking for a Venue Manager to join the Belles family and lead shifts at our busy Barangaroo restaurant!
You’ll be supported by and working closely with passionate Duty Managers

We are looking for someone pretty special. Someone with a genuine passion for hospitality and a quiet confidence. You know you’re good, but you’re humble about it and drive results through a well-supported team culture and real care and pride in what you do.
In terms of experience, you’ll likely be an experienced Duty Manager or Venue Manager looking to keep growing your career. As we're a table service venue, experience in busy restaurants is even better!
