Rosa Syd is a new Mexican venue and part of Merci Group (Dunes Palm Beach). We are seeking an experience, hands on Venue Managerwith proven experience to join our team!
Our group is all about offering a resort experience, making every guest feel as though they are on vacation when they dine with us.
Located in Mona Vale + is a 100 seat woof-fired Mexican restaurant.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
About the role:
The role of venue manager is to help lead and inspire a team to create momorable guest experience while driving business growth.
Key aspects of the role include:
An understanding of directing a fast-paced environment.
A strong focus on customer service.
Motivating and training staff - creating a positive work culture and environment
