JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our lively and vibrant hospitality team at LOCAL BURLEIGH HEADS', a popular modern pub located in the heart of Burleigh Heads, Queensland. As the Venue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and a thriving work environment for our staff.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Venue Manager or Operations Manager role within the hospitality industry

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders

  • Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting, and inventory control

  • Thorough understanding of liquor licensing, health, and safety regulations

  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
