I am over 18We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our lively and vibrant hospitality team at LOCAL BURLEIGH HEADS', a popular modern pub located in the heart of Burleigh Heads, Queensland. As the Venue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and a thriving work environment for our staff.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Venue Manager or Operations Manager role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting, and inventory control
Thorough understanding of liquor licensing, health, and safety regulations
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
