Located in the bayside suburb of Edithvale – directly over the road from Edithvale Station and only a block from the beach- Bo Gurks is a bar that specialises in Australian made, independently owned craft beer, boutique liquor and wine. It is no secret to the locals, that Bo Gurks serves the best wood-fired pizza in the Bayside area for both dine-in and takeaway.
We are currently seeking a Venue Manager to take the reins of our bar & restaurant area. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on hospitality pro, someone who leads from the front and has previous experience with all thats involved in running a venue (rostering, stocktake, banking etc). Love of craft beer would be a bonus, however first and foremost we are seeking a great people manager. Supported by our Head Chef and team of Duty Managers, you will lead our tight-knit team to deliver exceptional service to our loyal customer base.
