We are currently seeking a Duty Manager to focus on the day to day running of the Saltwater Bar & Bistro, Sports Bar, bottle shop and gaming. A demonstrable track record in hospitality management together with strong business acumen and good organisational & communication skills are a must.
The successful applicant will be able to manage all day-to-day operations of the pub business in a professional manner. We want someone with a results driven attitude and plenty of motivation to continue the development of the hotel business with a reputation for great food and service.
You will be supported by the General Manger and Hotel Managers.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Right to work in Australia.
Current NSW RSA and RCG.
Drivers Licence.
Rostering experince.
Ordering experince.
