An opportunity exists to join and lead this team of passionate hospitality professionals who have created an award winning traditional Italian experience in suburban Melbourne.

Created to honour the sacrifices of our previous generations who travelled to provide the gift of opportunity, this deli/cafe gifts 100% of profits back to local charities or used to sponosr the arts and sports in the local community.  

The venue is opened 7 days per week and operates as a deli/cafe by day, and turns into an elegant dining experience 3 nights a week. 

We are seeking a skilled venue manager who has had prior experience operating small or large venues who provide multiple offerings to their customers. You will have the autonomy to implement any changes you see fit, by creating solid processes that can scale-up to mulitple locations. 

As the restaurant venue manager, you would overlook all operations, overseeing a total team of around 20.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing floor operations and day to day activities
• Scheduling all staff rosters/ reviewing payroll/ hiring new staff
• Dealing with suppliers including payments
• Coordinating the management between day time and night time operations
• Coordinating all social media 
• Attending to ensure an overall positive customer satisfaction
