JOB DESCRIPTION

Exciting opportunity to join a fast growing hospitality group. 

The Handpicked Group is looking for a Venue Manager for NAÂMi in Burleigh Heads. 

We are searching for someone with a genuine passion for the industry, who has strong leadership skills and extensive experience in operating venues. The hands-on role will involve continuing to develop the atmosphere, inspiring the current team and managing all stakeholder relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

About you: 

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar venue

Experience working in a fast paced bar

The ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance

Exceptional beverage knowledge, including wines, beers & cocktails etc.

An understanding of ordering and stocktake procedures

Previous experience in cost control and operating within an approved budget

An innovative management approach: coming up with new ideas for improving the business, including driving and improving business sales

An approachable and sociable personality with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, late night environment

Current RSA, RMLV & Approved Managers license preferred
