As the Venue Leader of our Hawthorn venue, reporting into a Multi Venue Leader and you would be responsible for managing one of our top performing venues in Melbourne.  

To be successful, you will need to be:

• A natural leader who has led teams of 10+ employees and enjoys a laugh, whilst leading by example 
• Savvy with back of house management - COGS, labour costs, stock takes, and had exposure to people management processes 
• Passionate about the customer journey and service experience 
• A can-do person, who tackles challenges, shows resilience and is passionate - We have the Chi in everything we do!
