Pan Pacific Melbourne is looking to appoint Valet attendant/Porters to service our guest arrival, departure, concierge & inquiry experiences. Full time and Part time roles available.

The Successful Porter Will:

• Be the welcoming face of the hotel
• Assist guests with their luggage requirements, providing a personable and efficient level of service
• Valet park guest vehicles with a high degree of care
• Assist guests with your knowledge of Melbourne and local attractions
• Work a rotating roster including weekends

 Ideally you will have:

• Excellent Customer service and communication skills
• A drivers licence
• Knowledge of Melbourne and the surrounding areas
• A high degree of physical fitness is essential, as the successful candidate will be responsible for movement of guest luggage
