Position Summary
Position Title: Trade Waiter
Salary Range: [$70,000 – $75,000 plus superannuation], depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time, salary
Location: 59 Cambridge Street, Collingwood, Melbourne
Hours of Work: Minimum 38 hours per week (shift work, including weekends and public holidays)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and professional table service to guests
Manage food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Assist in setting, clearing, and resetting tables
Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in service areas
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
Comply with food safety, hygiene, and RSA regulations

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ full-time experience as a trade-qualified waiter in a comparable hospitality environment
Demonstrated knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent spoken English
Certificate III or higher in Hospitality (or equivalent qualification)
Valid RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desirable Attributes:
Previous experience in fine dining or high-volume service environments
Positive and team-oriented mindset
Commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences
