Great coffee has been the driving passion for Gloria Jean’s Coffees since 1979. We believe the best days always start with a great cup of coffee, so that’s where we will start, just as we always have; by ensuring we make the best bean to cup brew in the country, fresh from our roaster to your cup.

With more than 170 stores across Australia, we need your help to ensure we continue to deliver the best quality coffee and service to our loyal customers.

What you bring to the team…
We’ll provide you with the support and training required to hit the ground running. We’re looking for a great attitude, maturity, ambition, & energy. If this sounds like you, we’d love to find the right opportunity in our team.

• A can-do attitude
• Reliability and punctuality are a must
• Friendly and independent team player and good communicator
• Availability to work both weekdays and weekends (as early as 4.45am)
• Demonstrated Barista experience 
• Café/ Hospitality experience is highly desirable with drive-thru experience a bonus!
• Passion for hospitality and customer service

Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Managing and handling coffee preparation
• Excellent customer service and presentation
• Store opening and closing duties
• Serving and engaging with guests
• Assisting with stock control
• Assisting in training
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the store
• Supporting and developing the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment
• General clean-up duties
