WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead & support a team of around 8 staff, including baristas, front-of-house, and wellness bar crew.
• Create a great work culture where staff stay motivated, accountable, and love what they do.
• Ensure top-notch customer service, efficiency, and cleanliness every day.
• Manage rosters & stock levels, keeping operations smooth.
• Be part of the team — lead by example.
• Work towards performance targets—and enjoy the challenge of exceeding them!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
● At least 2 years of experience as a Café Manager or Senior Supervisor.
● Proven ability to lead a team of at least 6 people in a fast-paced hospitality
setting.
● Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a drive to run an efficient café.
● Customer-focused—you love creating a welcoming, top-quality experience.
● Full working rights in Australia (this is a long-term role).
