  Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Engaging with customers
• Managing and handling food and coffee preparation
• Store opening and closing duties
• Inventory management and stock control
• Assisting in recruiting, training, and rostering
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the store
• Supporting and developing the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment
• Working with Management team to improve procedures
• Consistently maintaining brand standards

 Individual Attributes:

• Experience in leading a team within a high-volume retail or hospitality environment
• Experience delivering excellent customer experience
• Experience in managing financials, i.e Sales targets, labour targets, cost controls & wastage
• Willingness to learn, take initiative & think on your feet
• Supporting and developing the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment
• Available to work on weekdays and weekends (totalling 38 hours per week)
