  • Store Presentation: Maintain an inviting store presentation that aligns with our brand's standards, creating an environment that customers love to visit.
  • Financial Goals: Drive the store towards hitting weekly revenue targets through effective management and innovative strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Managerial Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a management role, preferably in the retail or food service industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of effectively managing a team, including training, development, and performance management.
  • Operational Know-How: Competency in managing store operations, including inventory management, rostering, and financial oversight.
  • Target Driven: A results-oriented approach with a history of meeting or exceeding business goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
