JOB DESCRIPTION

Inala Diamonds is looking for a Sports Bar Manager with a passion for the Game! Whether its Thursday night NRL, a Saturday watching the AFL kick off or Sunday UFC LIVE & LOUD on the big screen. This is the ideal position for making the sports bar your own. 

The successful candidate must be a strong leader with good communication skills who is comfortable leading and inspiring the team.

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential requirements:

  • 2+ years in a Manager role in a similar venue
  • Experience working in a gaming venue
  • Experience working with TAB & Keno 
  • Presence on the floor during peak service periods
  • Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
  • Train, performance manage, and motivate staff
  • Work with and communicate effectively within a team 
  • RLMV & Approved Managers License
  • A love for sports!
