THE OFFER

This progressive hospitality company is offering an enticing package for the exceptional candidate we seek; with salary negotiable from $75,000 to up to $85,000 depending on experience as a professional chef.

• Extensive history as Sous Chef in a similar size restaurant
• Advanced skills and experience in all areas of kitchen
• Grill and classic French techniques
• Superior knowledge of Australian beef cuts
• Understanding of stock control and ordering
• Leadership and daily training/upskilling to your team
• Competent administrative and computer skills
• Monitor labour costs in support of head chef role
• Supports the practice of systems and recipe cards for consistency
• Encourage teamwork and a professional work culture
• Clear and frequent communication Head Chef
