We’re seeking an experienced Sous Chef to work with our Head Chef in taking the reins in our brand-new kitchen. You will help to lead our kitchen team in smashing out delicious Tex-Mex & Americana inspired dishes. An emerging leader with experience in fast-paced, large kitchens, you will hustle to make Moon Dog Footscray one of the best places to work & eat in the West! The ideal candidate will have several years proven experience in similar roles (large, pumping, pub-like venues) and take great pride in what they do.
