We have an exciting opportunity to join us in opening the newest addtion to the ever growing Brewdog family in the heart of Fortitude Valley as a Sous Chef.
You will be expected to provide leadership, coordinate and support staff, assist the Head Chef, run service in the absence of the Head Chef, place orders, adhere to local and national food safety/health and safety legislation.
In this high performance environment you will achieve success by coordinating with the BOH and FOH teams on a regular basis while tenaciously driving food quality and performance delivery.
