Keeping the name and the impeccable vibes of its sister venue in Sydney, Goros Brisbane will feature karaoke rooms, games nights and a menu that’s as loud and fun as the music.
The opportunity has become available for a Sous Chef to come lead, inspire and be part of the opening team at Goros Brisbane.
The Role
As Sous Chef, your role will involve assisting with the overall management of Goros’ kitchen operation.
The role will involve all of the kitchen operation essentials including the day to day management of the kitchen operation, training and upskilling the brigade, back of house administration, building relationships with suppliers and menu collaboration with the Head Chef.
Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to multi-task, will set you up for success and enable you to hit the ground running and drive a positive, collaborative culture.
We are on the hunt for an experienced Sous Chef, who has worked in some of Brisbane's best pubs or venues to join the team.
