REQUIREMENTS

The Role

The Sous Chef is an integral part of the kitchen management team, assisting the Head Chef in managing the overall kitchen operation, overseeing quality control, HACCP, rostering, training and recruitment across our seven day operation.

Experienced Sous Chefs who have worked in top quality casual dining establishments or some of Brisbane’s most loved gastro pubs will hit the ground running.  The kitchen caters to a steady flow of patrons, so experience working in a high volume, fast paced kitchen will set you up for success.

By joining one of Australia’s most diverse hospitality groups, the Sous Chef will have access to incredible career progression opportunities & leadership development working under an experienced Head Chef.  Passion for creating a fun, motivated work culture will set you up for success and ignite your passion for cooking with our stellar brigade.
