We are looking for reliable and motivated Sous Chef to join our team with a background showing previous culinary experience.
As a Sous Chef you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation and display of all menu items in the designated area of the Kitchen and for the maintenance of equipment and work area.
You must be experienced and able to work in a fast paced, small, busy kitchen.
You must be creative, motivated, well-rounded, enthusiastic and have a passion for each plate.
