Ridgeway Group’s newest venue Palm Beach Ave or ‘PBA’ is opening soon in the heart of Palm Beach, and we are searching for experienced hospitality superstars to join our kitchen team!

About PBA

PBA will be a casual style venue, trading an all-day Brunch menu, and an amazing dinner menu. We will have a high focus on coffee in mornings, and moving into the bar scene as the day progresses. Trading hours will be 7am – 10pm Sunday – Thursday & 7am – 12am Friday – Saturdays. So, there is plenty of flexibility around hours dependent on your lifestyle!

About You

In this role you will create memorable experiences for our guests through:

• Ensuring a consistent high quality in the preparation and presentation of all kitchen products showing variety and flair in all food items within the cost margins specified
• Assisting the Executive Chef and Head Chef with menu preparation and ensuring adequate supplies are available for expected service.
• Liaison with Restaurant colleagues regarding the availability of menu items, additions to the menu and any relevant changes.

• Previous experience in a similar role and environment.
• Trade qualifications in commercial cookery.
• Excellent technical knowledge with experience in all cooking techniques and styles.
• Excellent organisational skills & grooming standards.
• Genuine commitment to guest service, attention to detail and passionate about the industry
