The Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of management experience, is interested in growing their career in hospitality and can work varying shifts including week days, nights and the weekend.

At Mi Casa we highly value collaboration, team work and people development. Our shift runners are expected to take ownership, develop their teams and contribute to the growth of the business and themselves by providing the best quality food, customer service and dining experience. We are currently seeking Shift Supervisors to lead & develop their own team and support the Restaurant Manager with all the general duties of running the restaurant.

Key areas of responsibility

• Lead operations and staff on shift
• Elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable
• Develop the team through coaching and training.
• Be instrumental in driving change and improvements in performance and implementing strategies in line with business objectives.
• High level of attention to detail and organisation.

Skills

Proven experience in a management role in the hospitality industry is a MUST. However, we are all about the attitude and it is vital that you have the following attributes:

• 1-2 years experience in a management role

• Exceptional time management for split work shift
• Work well under pressure
