Seeking Experienced Shift Leaders & Baristas 

Must Be Available Across a 7 day Rotating Roster

Cafe Trading Hours 

7.30am-5.30pm (With Shorter days on a weekend)

SHIFT LEADERS X 2 

As A Shift Leader you will be responsible for:

• Must have a minimum 2+ Years experience in a similar role 
• Opening & Closing of the Cafe.
• Making sure we are delivering good food, Great service & Excellent Coffee to our Regular Customers whilst inviting new Customers to become Regulars.
• Monitoring Coffee Machine making sure it is Running Correctly to coffee club standards at all times.
• Ensuring Staff Members are Organised, Breaks are done & Secondary Duties are Completed.
• Customer Service is a Must, are they satisfied & Happy. 
• Cake Cabinet is Stocked & Cleaned at all times 
• Food Safety is top Priority 
• Ordering is Completed 
• Training of new Team Members 
• lead by example 
• Kitchen is Stocked and organised Ready for busy Rushes (not essential as most Stores have Chefs to fulfil this duty, however experience is an advantage)
• Online & All Instore Training will be Given 

BARISTAS - cafe all-rounder.

• Must have a minimum 1 years’ Experience as an experienced Barista
• Be able to handle The Coffee Machine Solo during busy periods 
• Shows Strong Communication Skills with the ability to Multitask 
• Engage with Customers, providing them with a memorable experience 
• Whilst you will be a GUN Barista you must also be willing to help in other areas of the Shop and be a Cafe All Rounder
