Endeavour Tap Rooms is calling all hospo legends! If you’ve got 3+ years of (bar-led) experience, a passion for Aussie independent produce, and a knack for managing a top-notch team, we’ve got the perfect gig for you (full time or permanent part time - your choice!). We're looking for a Service Manager who’s ready to support the team in one of the Top 15 Sydney venues on TripAdvisor (out of over 5000!).

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of (bar-led) experience – You’re not just any hospo young gun; you’ve got the experience to prove it. Maybe you're already a supervisor looking to level up – this is your moment!

• Interest in Onsite brewed beers – Yep, we brew our own! You’ll adding value to how we hero our unique, local brews.

• Lead management shift confidence – You’ll steer the ship, guiding our crew to greatness, all while keeping the drinks & dishes flowing and the good vibes rolling.

• Hustle mentality – you’ll swap between service and bar, pouring the perfect glass of beer or jump on the floor to keep the vibe alive.

• Life-work balance – No more closing at 3am! Our shifts never go later than midnight, so you can get home and still have time for Netflix.
