Laundy Hotels are seeking a Senior Venue Manager to join the team at Northies Cronulla Hotel.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the General Manager, as a Senior Venue Manager at Northies Cronulla Hotel you are responsible for but not limited to: 

  • Have control over the venue's appearance and atmosphere for all events
  • In charge of all shift operations from the setup, running and close down of the venue
  • Work as part of the venue leadership team to instill culture of superior customer service leaving the customer 'wanting more'
  • Day and night shift reports
  • Security of venue
  • WHS knowledge
  • Implementing policies and procedures within venue

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Venue Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
