SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

 About the Role:

Kingston Park Raceway is an Outdoor Go-Karting and Amusements venue. The Senior Customer Service Officer is responsible for meeting and excelling all sales targets, providing more junior staff with training and mentoring, co-ordinate staff rostering, adhering and rolling out WH&S policies and stock take and ordering.

  • Meet and greet customers
  • Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales
  • Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
  • Develop, train and succession plan your team to increase productivity
  • Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
  • Roster your team in line with store’s trading profile

About you:

  • Previous management experience, preferably in retail
  • Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
  • Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets
  • Previous merchandising experience working from a brief
  • Experience in coaching a team
  • Fantastic attitude and ability to work in a superstar team
  • Able to work a rotating roster including weekends, public and school holidays

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience with hands on management of day to day operations
  • Experience in the retail, entertainment, hospitality or tourism industries would be fantastic.
  • Experience and an understanding of controlling wages, operation costs, stock levels, KPI's
  • Able to prioritize and work well under pressure.
  • Able to drive sales and motivate and grow your team
  • Available to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays
