The Role
We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Chef to join our team of professionals, catering to some of Brisbane’s most exciting corporate clients, private events, and iconic venues.
This is a casual role that involves:
Leading the catering onsite at events
Working in our air-conditioned central kitchen
Assisting with menu preparation in the lead-up to events
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about events, takes pride in creating diverse and delicious food, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring creativity and flair while keeping things organised and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Execute onsite catering for groups ranging from 10 to 500+ guests
Lead and support junior chefs and kitchen hands
Maintain a professional, proactive approach across all aspects of the role
Deliver a premium experience that exceeds client expectations
Take ownership of food production with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in events or functions catering highly regarded
OR minimum 1 year in a senior chef role within restaurants, hotels, events, or catering
A motivated team player with a genuine passion for food innovation
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
A flexible, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, personable, and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality
Food Hygiene training and/or accreditation highly desirable
Trade-qualified chef with solid culinary foundations
Strong knowledge of current food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, presentation, production, and food safety
