JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for experienced casual waitstaff, and full time supervisors to join the team at Cinder.

 

Nestled within the bluestone walls of the 150-year-old Terminus in Fitzroy North, Cinder is a celebration of dry-aged meat, fresh seasonal produce and cooking over fire. Rich hues of teal and burnt orange beautifully offset exposed bluestone in a space that combines casual fine dining with the warmth of traditional hospitality.

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience as a section waiter in a restaurant environment

  • Great communication skills.

  • Wine knowledge is advantageous however not essential

  • Ability to work well within a team.

  • Responsible service of alcohol.

  • Focused and able to follow direction.

  • Adaptable and keen to learn.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

A valid Victorian RSA is required for this position.
