JOB DESCRIPTION

Multi award winning and multi venue hospitality operation, The Gambaro Group, Is eagerly seeking motivated & experienced Section Waiters to join our growing team at Black Hide Steakhouse (Caxton St) and help us continue offering Gambaro hospitality in our four Brisbane venues.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Waitstaff
Waitstaff (Fine Dining)

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

For your application to be considered, we will require the below:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Fine Dining a la carte restaurant
  • Have an articulated  knowledge of wine ( new world and old world ) + Spirits
  • Hold a current QLD RSA Certificate
  • Show a passion for customer service
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Show high attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work as part of an energetic team, over a rotating, seven day roster for a minimum of six months
  • Display excellent communication skills and an engaging personality
  • Consistently display a positive "can do" attitude
  • Be professional, committed and loyal
  • Demonstrate high presentation and grooming standards
  • Covid-19 Safe Dining in training certificate from Tafe
