At Bistro Moncur we are looking for experienced section waiter/waitress. Ideally with a minimum of 2 years in the Industry at a high level.
You will be required to run a section during busy services times
The right candidate should be :
Friendly, passionate about the food and wine industry and be able to work well in a team. Bar experience is not necessary but is preferred.
Full time residency and students visas are preferred as the role will be a long term placement.
Availability from Tuesday to Sunday lunch and dinners.
Prior experience in high end dining is prefered as well as wine experience
