Restaurant Hubert is searching for experienced section waiters to join our team.
Hubert is one of Sydney's busiest and most iconic restaurants, serving French cuisine, international wines and showcasing some of Australia's best live jazz
We are looking for industry professionals with a love of hospitality, ability to work a busy section and an in depth understanding of food and wine. A positive attitude and team orientated work ethic are also a must.

This position requires minimum of 5 years experience working a restaurant section in a similar style venue.
Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
- Available Monday to Saturday (for a 4 day roster)
- Understanding of how to manage a busy section
- Knowledge of fine dining systems
- Passion for the industry
- In depth knowledge of food and wine
